Stiles Rockey

I’ve lived in Western North Carolina for the past 15 years and grew up playing soccer. I joined the Asheville Buncombe County Adult Soccer Association in 2024, just before Hurricane Helene, and it has been such a joy to be back on the field. Being part of a community of women who are excited about playing soccer, competing, and supporting one another has been incredibly meaningful. I’m excited to serve on the board and help continue growing and developing the women’s league, creating more opportunities for connection, competition, and fun through the game. When I’m not playing soccer, I am the Dean of Students at a local girls’ middle school, the French Broad River Academy. I also enjoy paddling on local whitewater, riding bikes, and spending time with my husband and dog.
